GENERAL POINTS
◇ None of the commissioned artwork may be used for any purpose other than the client's personal use.◇ It is strictly forbidden for the customer to profit from or market the commissioned artwork in any way. It is also forbidden to edit the content of the illustrations (unless they are cut-outs/zooms, etc.)◇ My work and illustrations will not be allowed to be used in any kind of application or support of new technologies that favour or fuel the improve of AIs or similar.◇ The credit for the illustrations will always remain to me as the original creator.◇ I reserve the right to use the images of the commissions for my own needs. And in the case of Fan Arts or NON-original designs, I will be able to use them as sales material for other purposes like merchandising, promos, etc.◇ I will have absolute freedom in deciding whether to accept or refuse an assignment. I will not accept any assignment that involves a disrespect for any individual or collective, or issues of questionable morality.
COMMISSIONS PROCESS
◇ After reading the Terms of Service, the customer must fill in the form on the commissions catalogue page.◇ After receiving the information, I will contact the customer to discuss any details and comments that may need to know. As well as payment details.◇ I will start working on the sketch of the commission, in that moment, the client will be able to ask for any changes that may be necessary. Once the work has progressed, no further changes will be accepted, unless they are small details such as colour palette or similar, nothing that affects the previously approved design.◇ The time I take to complete a commission will be approximately one week, although this may vary (depending on my personal circumstances). The client will always be informed of any delays.◇ Once the work is finished I will send the illustration in full resolution by e-mail.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS POLICY
◇ As specified in the form, payment will be accepted either by Paypal or bank transfer (only for Spain).◇ Payment will be made in two equal parts. The client must deliver the first part of payment before I start working, once the sketch has been made, and the client is satisfied with the result, they will proceed to make the full payment.◇ Until full payment is made, the commission's sketch will be paused in a waiting state.◇ If the client decides to cancel the commission and has already received the sketch design, NO refund of the first part of the payment will be made.
